At Bella Bridesmaids, since most of our gowns are made-to-order specifically for your wedding party, we offer a curated return process to ensure every bridesmaid feels confident in her fit. Please note that while custom orders are final sale, select ready-to-ship accessories and showroom samples may be eligible for return within 14 days.
Verify Eligibility
Check your order confirmation to ensure the items are not marked as 'Made-to-Order' or 'Final Sale,' as these custom pieces are handcrafted specifically for your event.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact your local Bella Bridesmaids showroom or use our online portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached into the original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
